The Story
Model UN at NYU Shanghai, is a club devoted to preparing its members for UN style speeches, debates and conferences.
The club came into existence in 2013 with the inaugural class of NYU Shanghai. However, it was not until a year later that they decided to host their first Model UN conference.
How did I contribute? By building an identity for Model UN at NYU Shanghai, that would be carried on for generations to come.

Thought Process:
Considering that the event was Model United Nations at NYU Shanghai, I thought it would be a great idea to make a logo that immediately reminds people of the United Nations, while not forgetting NYU Shanghai in the process. I achieved this by combining the NYU Shanghai logo and color scheme, with a part of the UN logo.
Not only that, but I felt that the way the NYU Shanghai logo was designed, the UN leaves would compliment it, giving the logo an overall consistent and elegant look.
